About the Night
Join us for a classic White Table — an elegant, convivial dinner to celebrate the partnership between two Lodges that work closely together. Enjoy good company, fine dining, and live music in a refined setting.
Menu
Starters
- Prawn Cocktail with Brown bread & butter
- Mixed Melon platter, Mango & peach schnapps sorbet, and passion fruit coulis
- Leek, cheese and chorizo potato cake, topped with Poached egg.
Mains
- Roasted Cod Loin wrapped in Pancetta on minted pea puree
- Roast sirloin Beef, Yorkshire pudding, and red wine Jus
- Filo wrapped chicken breast filled with asparagus and cream cheese served with white wine sauce
- Leek Potato and Gruyère parcel with tarragon and white wine sauce.
Desserts
- Profiteroles and chocolate sauce
- Coconut cream filled meringue with exotic fruits and mango coulis
- Warm cherry Bakewell with custard
